Super Tech Remote controlled Auto Start operation range is available for all type of Gensets.Super Tech Autostart/Auto stop remote controlled system is a small compact unit ,and can be fitted anywhere with the chassis of Genset. Each Model is provided with 3 Control Switches on the front Panelnamed as-

1. Power Switch

2. Auto Switch

3. Stroke Switch

This unit is designed in such a way that in ( Auto start mode) , if in case of Mains failure ,it automatically starts and supply power within a few seconds of the loss of Mains power.And when Mains Supply Returns ,it Automatically stops Genset Engine and prepares the Genset for next time new start.However a small slim wireless RF Remote is also supplied along with each Unit. With the help of Remote Control you can start or stop your Genset any time when ever you wish to do so.(You need not to worry about, How much time you need to press remote Switch to start Genset ! ThisFunction is Automatically controlled internally by MCU programming it self )You just need to press the remote button once momentarily and then forget about it , Rest all operation is controlled and managed by the unit it self.Its MCU cares for an highest level safety protection and minimizes any type of malfunctioning during its working operation.

This SuperTech Remote controlled unit is available in 2 Models .

Model No: AR27 :- For Ordinary Local Made Generators without ignition type

Model No: AR27KS :- For Branded Generators with ignition type Start operation such as KIRLOSKAR / LEYLAND / MAHINDRA / SUDHIR/ GENSETS ETC

Each Model is provided with three control switches on the front face named as

1. Power Switch

2. Auto Switch

3. Stroke Switch

Power Switch:

This is the main control ON / OFF switch of this unit . If Off ,it disconnects it self from the Genset completely . it means if Off, all functions such as Auto Start/ Remote Control etc ,all are completely disabled .A status LED is also provided below this switch to let you alert all the time about the activation status of this unit .

Note: This Switch is provided for your safety purpose only. Always keep it OFF During Repair work or Servicing of Genset/ or during any type of Malfunctioning/ or when you go away from home for a long time .

If you wish to keep your genset in Auto Start Mode ,then Switch ON this Auto switch. Doing so it will activate its Auto Start Module. A status LED is also provided below this switch ,to let you warn all the time that Auto mode is in on position.When you switch on auto mode ,it works as below.

When power failure occur, immediately after this built in Buzzer alarm beeps for 10 seconds to let you alert that ,shortly after 10 seconds ,it will attempt to start your Genset Engine.After 10 seconds it will apply stroke to start Engine……..and your Genset will start immediately.

Note: It will attempt to start your Genset one time only……(No repeated stroke).If for any reasons, if your Genset does not start in first attempt, then you can try to start It again with the help of Remote .When once your Genset starts it will supply power within few seconds.When Mains power return, then its auto stop function will automatically stop your Genset.How ever if you do not want to wait for Mains power return, and do want to stop your Genset without waiting for Mains Power return, Then you can do so to stop Genset with Remote too.just pick your Remote and momentarily press its Stop Switch….. Your Genset will stop immediately….it takes about 25seconds to completely stop your Genset Engine.

Stroke Switch:

This Switch is provided just to Control timing of applied stroke to start Genset Engine.During Summer… the Standard timing is 3 Seconds. So during Summer keep this switch towards 3 Sec position. However During Winter season … Some Genset Engines need little more timing of Stroke…say 5 Seconds.So if you experience Starting Trouble during winter , keep it towards 5 Sec Position.
